I was facing backwards on the bus back to the park and ride this evening, from Oxford, heading home. I looked up and saw the following on a vehicle parked just behind us...

It made me wonder just what kind of "operatives" were working from there. MI5? CIA? KGB? Not very subtle, was it?

Over here the licence plate can sometimes tell you who they work for.Very interesting tho. Glad your back.
